Need to return your glasses? No problem, here’s how it works!

If you are not met with the required qualities of your glasses or some other issues come up with the prescription, it is possible to return them and request for a full refund. You need to make sure that the glasses are undamaged and are in its original condition to request for a replacement or a refund. We will not be able to consider your request if the returned glasses are found damaged or are not in its original condition such as in the cases of scratched marks, breakage and wear and tear.

For In-Store Purchase Returns

It is easier to return a purchased item if you have bought it from one of our Wickramarachchi Hearing Care stores. Our agents in the stores will assist you in the process of returning the item and requesting for a refund or a replacement according to the obligations. Make sure to bring the receipt and that your glasses are in its original condition before making an in store return.
